On 25th July 2026, marks a truly special milestone for all of us at Animasia Studio as we officially celebrate our 21st Anniversary. Over the past two decades, we’ve grown from a passionate team with big creative dreams into one of Southeast Asia’s leading animation and content studios and we couldn’t be prouder of the journey so far.
Since our journey began, our mission has been simple yet ambitious: to create world-class original intellectual properties (IPs), tell stories that resonate across cultures, and put regional animation on the global map. Today, our original series and co-productions have reached millions of viewers across major global networks, streaming platforms, e-commerce channels, and live events worldwide.
Looking back on 21 years, our Group Managing Director, Edmund Chan, shared a heartfelt note on what this journey means to us:

individual—it has always been about a team united by a common vision and a shared passion
for IP creation.
Twenty-one years ago, Animasia was just a dream. Today, it is a company that has touched
audiences around the world, created opportunities for countless talented individuals, and built
a reputation that we can all be proud of. Every milestone we have achieved has been possible
because of your dedication, passion, and belief in what we do”
