What you’ll do
- Film, edit, and publish short-form content across platforms

- Manage YouTube Shop listings, tags, thumbnails
- Sync with merch and campaign teams for content-driven launches
- Design light creative (thumbnails, promo slides, cutdowns)
What you bring
- Experience with YouTube Shopping / TikTok Shop
- Skilled in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, Descript

Are you the kind of person who loves turning clicks into sales, keeping an eye on stock while plotting the next viral drop? We’re looking for a Merch Drop + Shop Lead to run the show across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and even print-on-demand platforms.
From product listings to launch strategies, you’ll help turn our IPs into sell-out merch — and make sure fans always have something new to cart.
What you’ll do
- Strategize and manage our online stores: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify
- Launch product drops, promos, and campaigns that actually convert
- Manage print-to-order setups and ensure smooth fulfillment
- Track sales, tweak strategies, and boost revenue across platforms
- Keep inventory tidy — restocks, SKUs, reports, all of it
- Collaborate with Brand & Marketing and content teams to hype launches
- Report to directly to Head of Marketing
What you bring
- EHands-on experience with online marketplaces + e-com platforms
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven, results-first mindset
- Familiar with tools like Shopify, Printful/Gelato, and platform dashboards
- Knows what makes Gen Z shop (and what makes them bounce)
- A little creative, a little analytical — and cool under pressure
- You leverage AI tools for product descriptions, ad testing, or store optimization

This hybrid role supports Animasia’s brand presence and daily marketing ops. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing across campaigns, platforms, and documentation — helping keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Manage websites, LinkedIn, newsletters, press releases & branding
- Prepare slides, reports, decks, and client-facing materials
- Coordinate campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and trade presence
- Track deliverables, inventory, and internal documentation
- Support licensing and distribution efforts (follow-ups, files, liaisons)
- Provide admin support and help streamline across departments
What you bring
- Highly organized, with coordination and digital admin skills
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Strong written communication (copy, emails, decks)
- Familiar with Mailchimp, Canva, Meta tools
- Bonus: Knowledge of IP/licensing + Mandarin proficiency

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin = bonus)

You’ll oversee the full merch ecosystem for KGB — from store updates to physical kits and promos.
What you’ll do
- Manage Shopee/Shopify product updates and launches
- Coordinate with creatives on packaging, POSMs, visuals
- Handle inventory, restocks, and school/event deliveries
What you bring
- E-commerce or merch logistics experience
- Detail-oriented, visual-savvy, and organized
- Bonus: Mandarin proficiency (for sourcing)
